Terms and Conditions
for Subscription of services provided by us.
1.www.iicmindia.net
& www.investCraft.in declares that we are not a portfolio
management service provider and not charging any brokerage
or profit sharing with any of the clients . We just prepare
reports and views to publish it on our website . Out of all
our reports , few reports are not prepared for all the
visitors of the site . To get all those reports people can
subscribe the view of those reports.
2.Reports are prepared under guidance
of certified investment advisors , but subscriber of those
reports are advised to act on it after consulting their own
advisor before acting on it . We do not guarantee any
desired result what so ever to any of the subscriber.
3.By Subscribing our services ,
subscribers agree not to distribute our research report or
any kind of recommendation to someone else , other than
subscriber. Finding any such example of forwarding our
recommendation to third party by any subscriber , he or she
may face the penalty levied and decided by IICM investcraft , which can be upto 100 times of the
subscription charges per report on that would be counted on
every breach of this agreement. Non-Payment of that penalty
would enable us to move to the legal action against such
subscriber.
4.Since we are not giving any sort of
assurance or guarantee , we are not responsible for any
outcome of acting on our reports and recomendations.It may
happen that any person related to our website may have
exposure in recommended or featured report or may have
vested interest in market at the time of publication of the
report.
No claim or complaint would be
entertained for occurred profit or loss as an outcome of
acting on our reports.
5.Subscription charges are not
refundable . Once the payment done by any subscriber after
accepting this term and condition , we can not make any sort
of refund to them . Refund can be considered only in case of
our website failing to start the service subscribed . Once
the service subscribed , there can't be any consideration
for any kind of return.
If a service discontinued for any reason , decided by
investcraft , refund shall be made on no. of days left in
subscription . If subscription is discounted - refund will
be calculated after reducing the no. of days served as per
the discounted amount.
(e.g. - If a service discontinued after 70 Days which was
subscribed on discounted rate of 2700 Rs. , a quarterly
subscriber will get 20 Days refund of 600 Rs., calculated as
per day 2700/90=30 Rs. per day
6.All promotional offers are liable to
be withdrawn without prior notice .

& www.investCraft.in gives the best of our effort to
deliver the subscribed report on scheduled time . We'll not
be responsible for the delayed delivery of any report or
recommendation through email or SMS . It may happen that we
suspend the subscribed report for a certain period due to
any unavoidable situation or circumstances. A claim can be
made to extend the subscription period by that very period
of suspension . Extension can only be considered after a
claim.
8.The data provided in the report may
have flaws in it sometimes , subscribers are advice to check
the data carefully before acting on it. We'll not be
responsible for non-delivery of reports due to technical
failure .
9. The
publication prepared by us are solely for information
purpose and does not constitute a solicitation to any
person to buy or sell a security. While the information
