investCraft promise the refund for subscription fee for the month on basis of calculation of profit. If profit occurred is less than the subscription fee or there is no profit occurred , subscriber will get that month's subscription fee fully refunded.

It would be a choice of investor - the refund amount can be utilized for next month subscription or subscription renewal also

There is a thresh hold limit of profit - once it reached , guarantee get void for that month (see exceptions)

Period of Subscription

Refund and Calculation of profit will be done on month on month basis . The refund amount will be calculated after adjusting the discount on quarterly / half yearly / annual subscription
(for example - refund for month will be Rs. 4000 only  for a quarterly subscription , as quarterly subscribers pay only 12,000 for 3 months after discount )

Discounts / Promotional Offers

If subscribed during a discount period or promotional offers , profit calculation shall be done on actual amount paid for subscription and refund (if profit less than the actual amount paid) will be given on discounted/actual fee basis.

Combo Subscription

No money back guarantee applicable , in case of  Nifty Guarantee subscribed through any discounted combo pack(combined with other services) .

Profit Calculation method

Calculation of profit shall be done on assumption of following conditions

 - Each and every call was followed
 - If an individual subscriber miss any or few calls , it would not be considered under calculation of profit
 - 3 lots of Nifty Future should be traded  on each call (margin amount around 75,000 to 90,000 Rs)
 - Brokerage is not taken into consideration for any profit or loss calculation 

Refund method

In case of refund , amount will be transferred to the account provided at the time of subscription through ECS(NEFT/RTGS) or Cheque deposition if fund transfer facility not available . It may take 7 to 10 working days in processing the refund amount

Exceptions

Guarantee for the month gets null and void , once a thresh hold limit of profit worth 2 times the subscription fee reached .

Guarantee get suspended for the complete month once profit reaches twice the subscription fee , for example

A monthly subscriber's guarantee get void , once profit for the month reaches 10,000 Rs. ( 2 times subscription fee of 5,000 Rs.) on any given day of the month / or twice the discounted subscription fee paid on any given day of the month.

A Quarterly subscriber's guarantee get void , once profit for the month reaches 8,000 Rs. ( 2 times subscription fee of 4,000 Rs.) on any given day of the month

OR

A Quarterly subscriber's guarantee also get void for complete quarter , once profit  reaches 24,000 Rs. ( 2 times subscription fee of 12,000 Rs.) on any given day of the quarter

 -Even though we keep initiating fresh calls ,  we recommend a subscriber to stop trading at thresh hold profit limit . There will be no guarantee cover after thresh hold limit , even if all the calls after that provides negative return.

Changes

www.investcraft.in reserves the right to change the guarantee term and conditions without prior information to anyone except the existing subscriber.
