Our Founder , Director - Mr. Alok Kumar Mr.
Kumar ventured into the Financial Services Training essentially
after realizing the lack of trained workforce in the segment. He
recognized the opportunity offered by the Financial Services Sector
to serve as a training solution provider, and established the
Institute as a Corporate Training Solution provider in 2008.
Valued for his expertise in technical
analysis , understanding of the economy and the stock-markets,
Mr. Kumar is often sought out by the print and electronic media for
his views on the trends in the markets as well as investment
strategies.
His vast experience in the financial field
provides him his ability to produce views from technical as well as
fundamental perspectives has provided impetus to develop
investCraft and IICM
-the institute .
Mr. Kumar is an Engineer by qualification and involved into
Financial Services Sector for last 8 Years. His previous experience
of association with the firms like HDFC Bank , Ascent Education ,
Sharekhan Limited , K.R.Choksey shares & Securities Pvt.Ltd. gave
him a clear and complete understanding of the domain.

IICM is not a regular classroom courses providing institute . With

Financial Services Industry , we have decided not to limit our
